When it comes to understand the religion and have the appropriate faith it is the ultimate duty of every believer to seek the knowledge that leads one to glory to justice and forgiveness. The following Reasons of Fasting would help you to make the real difference in this special month of Ramadan:

9.      Fasting helps to satisfy you, it helps you to conquer the biggest enemy of mankind “anger” controlling ones anger is like conquering oneself to make the real difference and this is where self-control is to be practiced by one and wish for a better reward by willfully going in a state of hunger and thirst one is to control and its character.

10.  As said fasting helps the entire mankind to practice and understand the aspects of tolerance in oneself and do not make others victims of his/her desires to the wrath of his desires that the fasting teaches you the very basic needs of one’s life and how to be patient and eliminate the adverse conditions of wants.

11.  Fasting makes immense differences in the character of a man by mellowing the character down and the jolt provided to the instincts allow to experience a different pride, ambition, haughtiness and envy.

12.  Fasting exposes man to the limit of his actual self as in the context of fasting and two other things 1) a man who deprives food and drink fails to the spirit of submission and 2) those who ignore prayer and humility shall be considered as ignorant and arrogant men. Thus, we as believers shall seek refuge at all times from our Lord, Allah (SWT).
